Returns and Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@gutblends.com.
Love or 30-day Money Back Guarantee
We hope you will love our product, however if you don't love it for whatever reason and would like to receive your money back then just let us know. The only requirements are that you ship the remaining product back to us and upon receipt we will refund your order using the original payment method. We require that you make contact and request a refund via the 30 day money back guarantee within 30 days of receipt of the product and also require that we receive the product within a further 10 business days of being notified. Please message us at info@gutblends.com to notify and we will provide additional information regarding the postal address to ship the remaining product.
